The Executive Secretary of TETFUND in Nigeria, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari has delegated Dr Salihu Bakari Girei to represent him at the launching of a mega project at the Adamawa State University (ADSU) Mubi.

Girei who is the Director of Research and Development of TETFUND while unveiling the project to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri as well as dignitaries at the school premises during the occasion of 16th, 17th and 18th convocation of the institution, said the chosen of university for the project was deliberate being a bonafide Son of the state.

Girei while the executive secretary of Adamawa State Universal Basic Education Board, was well known as Ambassador of education system, where he built many schools and renovated hundreds of primary schools across twenty one local government of the state.

He said having the TETFUND project sited in ADSU to be constructed within the specified period of time is typically of him to sustain the education system at all levels in the state.

He promised the people of Adamawa State to continue to do more and be looking at other opportunities to grab for the enhancement of school system and the overall development of the state.

Governor Fintiri who was in attendance, the Governor of Borno, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, and renowned Northern Business mogul and Philanthropist, Dr. Alhaji Muhammadu Indimi witnessed the Launching of the new project.

Governor Fintiri extended warm appreciation to TETFUND and thanked Dr Girei for the love and the passion he has for education for the people of Adamawa State.
